From settling on the floor plan to choosing finishes to final inspection, we felt that Mike really wanted us to feel like we were being heard and that every one of our questions or concerns was addressed and resolved. Many times throughout the experience of building our home, Mike made design suggestions that worked perfectly with our style. He has great attention to detail, often going the extra step to make sure things are done right. It assures us that we have a quality-built home that we love!

Wayne Turner restored our faith in building a home as quite honestly, we heard many nightmare stories from friends and acquaintances with respect to their experiences with builders. Wayne went above and beyond our expectations. He added some nice touches that he did not have to do and truly wanted us to love our home. Wayne and his crew did not disappoint. With home building, there is always some tweaking after taking possession. Wayne has been right on top of everything and continues to respond to our needs in a timely manner. We made the decision a couple years ago that we wanted to make the move from London to enjoy small town living and after 2 years of searching and meeting with different builders, we knew right away that Wayne Turner was the right fit for us and the icing on the cake was building in the quaint village of Glencoe. As it's sunk in now a little lol, we really want to thank you guys for the time and effort and making it such a smooth process (for a second time now).
